See your yard and your soil.

Type your address. We read your soil from the USDA survey and show you what to fix first.

Every line is marked measured, estimated or unavailable. When a source has nothing for your address, the line says so. We never fill the gap with a guess.

03Paid plans

The paid plan runs your season.

Every job timed to your address, and held when the soil or the heat at your address says wait.

Most crabgrass preventers also stop grass seed from sprouting. Some block new seed for about four months. That's why order matters.

A calendar can't tell you to wait when your soil is still cold. This does, for each part of your yard, with your spreader's setting from the bag's label. Arrives spring 2027

A season, start to finish

Chris's own season, job by job.

Five jobs from Chris's own season. Each one shows a different thing the plan does: wait for the soil, count the growing degree days at your address, turn a lab test into pounds, react to what you logged, and keep you inside the law.

Watch one real season play out: what the plan told Chris to do, and why each job waited for its moment.
